PREPARATION:
- Cut the bread into slices and fry it in a pan on both sides. Rub the garlic on the toast, pour in the olive oil and season with salt.
- For the tomato and olive version: Chop the cherry tomatoes and mix them with the olives, fresh basil, salt, pepper and olive oil. Serve on croutons.
- For the ricotta and tomato version: Chop the yellow tomatoes and mix them with the basil, salt, pepper and olive oil. Spread the ricotta on the bread and add the cherry tomatoes.
- For the pizza version: Spread the tomato sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese on the bread. Cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
